SEATAC, Wash. — A cargo plane crashed and burned on landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, trapping the pilot inside when a load of documents shifted forward.
Fire crews injected foam inside the plane to put out the fire, then ripped off the cargo door and pulled out the pilot. Paul Goralski, 34, the only person aboard, suffered facial injuries and smoke inhalation in the crash Wednesday.
The cause of the accident was under investigation.
