Adorjinsky, a 13-1 shot ridden by Goncalino Almeida, overtook Zippersup in the final strides to win Thursday’s $50,200 feature race at Del Mar by a nose in 1:503/5.
Zippersup, with Kent Desormeaux aboard, finished one length ahead of Alex Solis on Andtheliviniseasy in the 1 1/8-mile turf race.
