Lilavois Leads Splash Past Dallas

Bernie Lilavois scored three goals for the second consecutive game as the Splash defeated the Dallas Sidekicks in a shootout, 6-5, in front of an announced crowd of 12,491 Saturday at Reunion Arena in Dallas.
The Splash scored three consecutive goals in the fourth quarter to tie the score, 5-5, and force the first shootout in the arena’s history.
Dale Ervine had a goal and two assists for the Splash (7-7), which won on the road for only the second time this season. Anaheim remains in third place in the Western Division.
David Doyle scored a goal and had two assists to lead fourth-place Dallas (9-10).
Anaheim returns home tonight to host the Houston Hotshots at 7:35.
