Shooting Victim Is in Critical Condition

Oxnard police are continuing to investigate a shooting over the weekend that left an Oxnard man in critical condition.
Ansemo Muniz Andrade was shot at 11:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Saviers Road and Elm Street, police said.
He was taken to St. John’s Regional Medical Center, where he remained in critical condition late Sunday.
Although no arrests have been made, investigators know of at least one individual who might have been involved in or have knowledge of the shooting.
Police are asking that anyone with information about the attempted murder call Det. Tim Lumas at 385-7760.
