StarComm Sells Joint Venture Stake

HUNTINGTON BEACH — A Westlake Village telecommunications company said it has acquired full ownership of a joint venture with StarComm Products.

Franklin Telecom didn’t disclose the cash price it paid for the 30% stake held by the Huntington Beach company in the venture, which makes a major component for Franklin’s Cyclone brand telecommunications product.
