Rocket Launch Is Delayed

WASHINGTON — The launch of an unmanned Delta rocket to deploy five communications satellites was postponed until today because of software problems on the ground, the consortium that owns the satellites said. Iridium LLC, an international group of 18 telecommunications organizations, said the launch had been planned for Sunday from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
