American Custom Components Finds Buyer

ANAHEIM — American Custom Components, a designer and maker of specialty electronic components, said Tuesday that it has tentatively agreed to be purchased by a Las Vegas company.
Rainbow Bridge Services Inc. said that it signed a letter of intent to acquire the Anaheim company for an undisclosed price. The companies said they expect to complete a final agreement and close the deal within four weeks.
