SEAL BEACH — Rockwell International Corp. said it will close its regional corporate finance and legal office in Pittsburgh over the next two years, moving the jobs and operations to company offices in California and Wisconsin.
About 130 are employed at the Pittsburgh office and most will be offered the opportunity to transfer, Rockwell officials said.
The company is closing the office because it no longer needs a presence in that region after selling its aerospace and graphics businesses and preparing to spin off its automotive business next month.
