Machinist Arrested in Fatal Shooting

Glendale police on Monday arrested a machinist at his workplace in connection with the fatal shooting of a La Palma man who worked at the same facility.
Tien Minh Nguyen, 59, of North Hollywood was arrested after police questioned him, said Glendale Police Sgt. Rick Young. Nguyen was booked into Glendale City Jail and denied bail.
Hung Pham, 48, was found shot in the back Saturday about 5:30 a.m. in the driveway of Glenair Inc., Young said.
Glendale homicide detectives found “several good leads” over the weekend, Young said.
