West Indies Firm Acquired

ANAHEIM — American Custom Components Inc. has acquired Caribbean Electronics Ltd., a West Indies company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
American Custom Components said Thursday it will produce cable assemblies and components for its shelf price tag system at the 12,000-square-foot facility in St. Lucia.
Last week, Rainbow Bridge Services Inc. completed a reverse acquisition of American Custom Components. Rainbow Bridge has filed to change its name to American Custom Components.
The company makes electronic connector systems.
