Coastal Anaheim Buys Complex

ANAHEIM — Grand Resort Apartments, a 768-unit complex, has been purchased by Coastal Anaheim Properties partnership for $35.8 million. The complex formerly was called Oakwood Anaheim.
The partnership is made up of American Apartment Communities, a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust, and JH Investments.
