Veronex Makes Tech Buy

IRVINE — International Veronex Resources Ltd. said Thursday it has acquired the assets and technology of ArchiData Systems Inc. in exchange for common stock valued at about $450,000.

International Veronex said ArchiData’s technology locates, re-engineers and eliminates redundant data.

Irvine-based International Veronex is a computer-software development and publishing company. One of its products is designed to fix corporate year 2000 problems.
