This 1996 release rounds up the stars of those “blaxploitation” pictures of the early ‘70s--Jim Brown (pictured), Ron O’Neal, Richard Roundtree, Pam Grier and Fred Williamson--and drops them down in the derelict steel-mill town of Gary, Ind. Aubrey Rattan’s script focuses on a grocer (Oscar Brown Jr.) who calls in his son (Fred Williamson) and his pal (Jim Brown) to deal with gang that has turned lethal (Showtime early Monday at 1:45 a.m. and Thursday at 8 p.m.).
