Blonds Not Going Way of Dinosaurs, WHO Says

A widely reported story predicting that natural blonds would become extinct within 200 years was apparently a mistake, according to the World Health Organization. The report, which appeared in newspapers and on television last week, said a WHO study made the projection.
The only problem, WHO said Wednesday, is that it never conducted such a study and there is no basis for the reports. Apparently, the story was begun by a European news service and picked up by other publications.
