Warehousing and transportation provider ServiceCraft Logistics has signed one of the biggest leases of the year in Southern California, an agreement for a 661,000-square-foot building in Buena Park. The 10-year lease is valued at $39 million, said Timur Tecimer, president of landlord Overton Moore Properties. The deal is a major step in the development of a former Lucky Stores distribution center into the 1.4-million-square-foot CommerceCenter at Buena Park.
The $90-million, 55-acre project will include nine buildings. Gardena-based Overton Moore is developing the site with financial partner Pacific Coast Capital Partners, an El Segundo real estate investment firm.
