Hall Takes Over as Chief of Police

Acting Police Chief Andrew Hall will permanently fill Westminster’s top law enforcement post, left vacant by the retirement of Police Chief Jim Cook.
Hall stepped in for Cook more than two months ago when the chief took medical leave and then retired Oct. 1.
