*** No. 13 Iowa (7-1) at No. 8 Michigan (6-1), 9 a.m., ESPN: The Hawkeyes, dreadful in recent years, can move closer to a Rose Bowl berth with a victory. LINE: Michigan by 3 1/2.
** No. 1 Miami (6-0) at West Virginia (5-2), 9 a.m., ESPN2: Tune in and watch the Hurricanes pretend West Virginia players are BCS computers. LINE: Miami by 19.
** Texas Tech (5-3) at No. 21 Colorado (5-2), 10:30 a.m., Fox Sports Net: Air Kingsbury against Colorado’s 58th-ranked pass defense.... Could this spell upset? LINE: Colorado by 6.
** No. 5 Georgia (7-0) at Kentucky (5-2), 12:30 p.m., Channel 2: Georgia’s top running back, tackle and receiver are out because of injury -- Bulldogs’ unbeaten record might be too. LINE: Georgia by 5.
*** No. 15 USC (5-2) at No. 14 Oregon (6-1), 12:30 p.m., Channel 7, KMPC (1540): Here’s a chance for Carson Palmer to erase memories of breaking his collarbone at Autzen Stadium with a big day -- and a victory. LINE: USC by 1.
** Stanford (2-4) at UCLA (4-3), 3:30 p.m., Fox Sports Net, KXTA (1150): This is UCLA’s fate, Moore or less. LINE: UCLA by 9.
** Wisconsin (5-3) at Michigan State (3-4), 4 p.m., ESPN2: More backup quarterback fun: Spartan starter Jeff Smoker suspended indefinitely for breaking undisclosed team rule. LINE: Wisconsin by 4.
