Justin Long sells spare rooms in Hollywood Hills

Justin Long, the actor who took a few to the head in the 2004 film “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story,” has sold his Hollywood Hills house for $2.055 million.

Long works on both coasts and no longer needed the house.

The contemporary Mediterranean was built in 1990 and sits on nearly a third of an acre. Hand-hewn wooden doors open to an enclosed courtyard. The fenced and terraced yard features fruit trees and a lawn.

The two-story living room has beamed ceilings and a fireplace. The 3,388 square feet of living space includes a den, a loft office, a dining room bar, three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Long, 35, co-wrote and acted in last year’s romantic comedy “A Case of You.” He starred in “Drag Me to Hell” (2009), “Live Free or Die Hard” (2007) and “Accepted” (2006). The actor played Mac in the 2006-09 ad campaign for Apple.

The property, purchased in 2008 for $1.999 million, has been on and off the market for sale or lease in recent years.

Leah Lail and Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker were the listing agents. Yuichi Bryan Miyamoto of Keller Williams represented the buyer.
