Kim Shattuck has led the Muffs on the three-chord scuzzy punk odyssey since the early ‘90s. They’ve released scads of singles across labels as diverse as Warner Brothers and Sympathy for the Record Industry, and still squall with feedback-laden abandon and pop sugar.
