Dolly

Dolly is a 4-year-old Great Dane/Labrador mix. She is black with a

little white on her chest. Dolly is housebroken but not yet spayed.

She has had some heartache in her life. She was seen being thrown out

of a moving car, but fortunately a passerby saw what happened and

stopped to help her before other cars could hit her. Dolly is a

little too full figured right now, we like to think of her as big

boned, but we have been working on her diet and exercise and she has

lost five pounds since coming to the shelter. She loves to run in the

park. Dolly is a gentle and loving dog, who will sit with you and

cuddle for as long as you want to. Dolly is waiting to cuddle with

Trixie

Trixie is a 5-year-old Aussie/Sheltie mix. She is brown and black

and has a long coat. She has been spayed and is a perfect house dog

-- she is housebroken and is used to using a doggie door. Trixie has

been in shelters for the last two years. She is very submissive and a

little shy at first, but when you take her for a walk she warms up

and wants to give you kisses. Trixie hardly ever barks, she is not

destructive and is very loving. Trixie would be the perfect dog for

an apartment or condo. She does not need a lot of room to run and

prefers to just be a quiet and loving member of the family. Trixie

gets along great with male dogs, but she has a hard time warming up

to the females. You’ve just go to see how Trixie crosses her front
