Friday
• NBA All-Star Jam Session, 4-10 p.m. at Los Angeles Convention Center South Hall. Sophomore All-Stars practice, 9:45-10:30 a.m.; rookies practice, 11-11:45 a.m.; both at Jam Session Center Court in South Hall. Tickets through ticketmaster.com.
ESPN celebrity game, 4-6 p.m. at Jam Session center court, South Hall. (Separate admission.)
T-Mobile Rookie Challenge and Youth Jam, 6 p.m. at Staples Center; rookies vs. sophomores game. (Separate admission.)
Saturday
NBA All-Star FIT Run, Walk & Dribble in downtown L.A. Run starts north of Staples Center; 5K starts at 8:30 a.m. and the kids Run & Dribble starts at 9:30 a.m. Registration online at nbaallstar5k.com. The first 1,000 to register receive a free ticket to family day at NBA All-Star Jam Session on Monday. On-site registration is allowed on race day.

Shooting Stars/skills challenge/three-point contest/slam dunk competition, 5-8 p.m. at Staples Center. (Separate admission.) Three-point contestants: Ray Allen, Kevin Durant, Daniel Gibson, James Jones, Paul Pierce, Dorell Wright. Slam dunk contestants: DeMar DeRozan, Blake Griffin, Serge Ibaka, JaVale McGee.
Sunday

60th NBA All-Star game, 5 p.m. at Staples Center. (Separate admission).
